Trade Show:
Client: I have an International trade show coming up in 6 months. How can my company make this show successful and gather some real and valuable leads.

TMD’s solution: We worked with this client for 6 month organizing their trade show booth with coordinating display material, collateral materials, banners, mailings and more. We developed 2 pre-show mailers, the first to alert customers and prospects that our client would be at the show and give them a booth number and the second to offer an incentive to come to the booth—in this case a small key that might open a case with winners receiving a hundred dollar bill. When the client’s Midwest Salesperson faced health issues immediately before the conference, pre-planning and coordination allowed the show to function seamlessly with replacements from the company, and lead generation met client goals.


Unique Give-Aways:
Client: We really want to stand out from the crowd at our yearly trade show. The majority of our clients are men and we want them to remember our booth and more importantly remember us so that when we call on them they will be more likely to grant us an appointment.

TMD’s solution: The client’s product is sold in 50 gallon drums. We found miniature drums that look identical to their containers, imprinted them with their logo and filled with candy. Given the industry served, these items were sought after by attendees and many ended up on desks or shelves as an ongoing reminder of the product and company name.

We also found a unique, stand out product that, unlike most give-aways, was not put immediately into a bag. When attendees saw others with the item, they came to the client booth specifically to get one of these items. Increased booth attendance meant increased leads.


Outsource Marketing:
Client: We have been in business for almost 10 years. As a retail business with under 30 employees, we do what we can afford in paid advertising but we really need to get an updated web site, a hands on marketing plan, and more contact with specialty target markets.

TMD’s solution: We wrote a marketing plan and calendar of marketing events for this company. They hired us as their outsource marketing department where we implemented a customer recognition campaign, targeted and directed paid advertising, directed a new web site and assisted with various other marketing duties throughout the year. The results from even this small commitment to professional marketing resulted in large enough improvements that the following year the company retained our services.


Marketing Projects:
Client: I need a brochure that will depict what I do in a professional manner. I have been using stock paper brochures and want to upgrade to match my brand and the clientele I am targeting.

TMD’s solution: After analyzing her message and target clients, we worked with her to create a custom-sized brochure jacket featuring artwork that attracts attention and accurately depicts her target and brand. Individual, custom-sized pages within the jacket include descriptions of each area of her business, her client list and her bio and bios of her contractors. The documents included can be customized for each market or even each client, by including only pertinent bios or service information.

The color, style and size of the new materials made her company stand out from the competition.

Get Clients NOW!™
Client: “I just can’t seem to get any further with business. I network by going to various groups and still I have not reached my company’s goal for me.

TMD’s solution: The Get Clients NOW!™ program is an intensive training course offered to individuals privately as well as in a group situation. This particular client took the class as part of a group. The class was set for 7 conference call sessions. Here is what she had to say:

Marketing Accountability Program
Client: This client started franchising her successful retail concept. Success in rapid franchising led to problems with keeping up with franchisee training, which was critical to their success—and hers.

TMD’s solution: We provide each franchisee 8 sessions of private Marketing Accountability Program (MAP) training. Each franchisee works with us to determine what areas they want to concentrate on and where they need special work. Developing a marketing plan that is appropriate for their individual location, target market and budget is the number one franchisee goal. This program has proved to be so successful that we increase sessions from 8 to 10, assisting the Franchisor with marketing training issues.
